Takara Mouse BCR kit with Nanopore sequencing?

Hi

I am so excited with this new new platform, Platforma.

We are going to analyze mouse Ig clonal analysis. Our DNAs are from Takara Mouse BCR repertoire kit and we are going to use Nanopore or PacBio. I am wondering if these two approaches are supported on Platforma.

Hi Hoon,

Yes, that is supported by Platforma. However it will require a custom preset which will correctly parse the barcodes. I would highly recommend using PacBio due to a higher sequencing quality. When you have the data let me know and I can help you with the analysis.

We ran a test sequencing with three small samples, one sample three chains, to see if our approach is working.

Yes, we are planning to run the samples on PacBio later, and see how much difference we would get.
