Reads in clonotypes in Platforma

Hi, I used to run MiXCR, and in the reports, I would get the number of reads used in clonotypes. Is there a way to get a similar report in Paltforma?

Hey,
Yes! In Paltforma, you get all the same reports as in MiXCR. In the MiXCR Clonotyping block, once the sample has finished processing, double-click on it to open the reports sidebar. There are QCs that are some selcted fields from the report and also the actual reports.
