I have 10 samples of BCR repertoire generated with the Takara kit. How do I get clonotype tables?
You need to add three blocks to your project: Samples and Data, MiXCR Clonotyping, and Clonotype Browser. In Samples and Data, add all 10 samples to your project and create a dataset. Then, in MiXCR Clonotyping, select this dataset and choose a preset for your Takara kit from the dropdown list. Click ‘Run.’ Once the samples have finished processing, select the dataset in the Clonotype Browser to view the results. It will look something like this:
