I am trying to run the MIXCR clonotyping block on my bulk RNA-seq data but it will not continue to run all my samples. It runs 1 or two and then permanently keeps running while other samples are ‘queued‘. Even when I leave my PC running overnight nothing happens. How can I overcome this problem? Retrying with a new project did not help and running the samples per sample also does not help.
