I’m encountering a persistent error in Platforma related to the Python environment. The error message is:
C:\Users\marta\Platforma\local\packages\installed\platforma-open\milaboratories.runenv-python-3\3.12.6...\python.exe: No module named venv
I have installed Python 3.12.6 on my system and confirmed that the venv module works correctly. However, Platforma continues to use its internal Python environment, which lacks venv.
The system was able to run the clonotype analysis but any block of the postanalysis worked
What do you recommend?
